Chef and owner Lily Ko crafts a wonderful vegetarian menu filled with organic, simple homespun food that tastes as good as it actually is healthy. We never pass up the pumpkin salad, a sweet mix of pumpkin wedges, alfalfa sprouts, plump raisins and organic plum sauce. Another favourite is the faux tuna sandwich: the earthy warmth of shredded mushroom stems bound by an almond sauce tastes, miraculously, like tuna. If it’s on the menu, the avocado cheesecake is a must.
