Aoki Restaurant offers a wide range of Japanese cuisine, from sushi and sashimi to sukiyaki, shabu shabu and tempura. There are two main menus. The first is perennial menu that offers traditional favourites all year round. The second menu changes with the seasons in Japan and showcases the best of nature's bounty in each quarter. In addition, there is a set menu for lunch and the Chef's Menu for guests who would like to taste the fruits of Chef's Aoki's creative culinary flair.
