Azabu Sabo follows an original teahouse philosophy and serves authentic Japanese desserts and unique cuisine. We believe in using the best ingredients available and we will go through great lengths to ensure the quality and authenticity of the food we serve.
Azabu Sabo Singapore directly imports the main ingredients from Japan, such as the top grade red beans, produced from Hokkaido, Japan, which are not overly-sweet.
Inside, Azabusabos are upgraded Japanese restaurants with European decor, a style popular in Japan over the last 10 years, but not yet seen in Singapore. Azabu Sabo puts a lot of stock in its decor; for example, embellishing the dining areas are large gold-plated paintings and elaborate wall screens .
At the same time, the local shop also features various Japanese antiques, as well as dining clayware and lacquer-ware specially imported from Japan. This guarantees customers an authentic Japanese dining atmosphere.
To ensure the consistency of our food, we are also establishing a Central Kitchen (CK) concept. Under this concept, our chefs will ensure that Azabu Sabo’s popular grilled sweet potatoes are individually handmade to replicate the same taste as that in Japan. All sauces and dips used in Singapore’s CK will also strictly follow the formula from Japan.
