The Cafe' Cartel was conceived by a famous Italian grandmother who married a Jewish Baker and together they opened a small cottage factory in the back street of New York.
Missing the good thing from back home, they decided to open a small cafe producing only the finest pastries, breads and desserts.
35 years later, The Cafe' Cartel bases many of their unique recipes on the outcome of their harmonious relationship.
