The first restaurant in Singapore to introduce diners to a bona fide Sicilian culinary experience - DOMVS, the Italian Restaurant continues its heritage of serving first-rate Italian cuisine, since it opened its doors in 1985 - the same year that Sheraton Towers Singapore Hotel was inaugurated.
DOMVS, which means 'home' in Latin (the classical tongue of Italy), has built up a reputation of being a grande dame of Italian dining in Singapore over two decades. The restaurant was totally revamped in 2007 and now continues to wow diners with its Sicilian-inspired gastronomical offerings, in a space that is contemporary yet classic.
The interiors are tastefully designed by Hirsch Bedner Associates, with a neutral palette and black accents, giving the restaurant a classic yet modern feel. Banquette seating provides a private dining experience, perfect for any size group from two to twelve. Diners can occasion a peek into the kitchens, through the bottles of the ceiling-height wine racks that separate dining from kitchen area.
