Bad staff attitude
When there on 25 dec 2011. It pack in the food republic but there is still some empty space in the restaurant so decided to have dinner there.
First of all the dimsum,i reckon it have been left there for a long time as when they serve to us its cold and hard.
As its our first time there we are not familar with the foods they serve so we ask a staff to us but she was very impatient and just ask us to think what we want before calling her.
The chicken bamboo rice, i must say its really nice. We also order the mixed meat claypot and a claypot porridge.
The porridge was really salty so we called the staff who surve us just now and she say we are being unreasonable and we are the only customer who complaint about it. then after talk she allow us to exchange the porridge to other things but everything that we wanted to exchange for she said its sold out. As there is really nothing else which we want. We ask to cancel the item instead but she refuse insist that we order other food instead. we ask to talk to the person in charge and she say she is the person in charge.
Im am surprise that someone who is so impatient and have such a bad service attitude can be the person in charge.
As she refuse to cancel the item and all the items we order is sold out we try to talk to her but she just keep insist there is nothing wrong with the porridge or we can only change it. In the end she just say she have no time for us and will just cancel the item.
I truely hope the company will do something about the attitude of their staff.
