Fukuichi Japanese Dining Restaurant is the joint partnership of Fukuichi Gyogyo of Shizuoka, Japan and Chun Cheng Fishery of Singapore (CCF).
Fukuichi’s core business is fisheries where they have facilities on board their ships to flash freeze fish at sea (-60 degree celsius). Unlike chilling, freezing at -60 degree celsius kills bacteria and parasites and preserves the meat at its original condition. Fukuichi takes pride in its state of the art cold storage in Fukuichi Ohigawa Cold-storage in Japan.
CCF is the first company in Singapore planning to launch its ultra low temperature -60 degree celsius cold storage system and Cold Chain Flow processing and handling operation in November 2010. Together with the facilities available at CCF Singapore, it is changing the landscape of frozen fish consumption, especially in tuna, the core of natural Japanese seafood dining in Singapore.
