In year 1998, we started a small stall, selling Frog Porridge with 7 staffs. Our food is delicious and gained alot of supports from our regular customers. In 2000, we expanded our business and moves to Geylang Lorong 3 with a space which is 4 times of the old restaurant's size. With a new and bigger space, we are able to cater to 100 tables.
Currently we have fixed suppliers, supplying us with fresh seafood from the various parts of the world. Because of the various types of seafood, we are able to produce about 150 types of dishes. From Chilli Crab to Black Pepper Crab and to Steam Crab, we are able to cook more than 150 types of dishes and we are sure, we are able to satisfy your taste buds.
Now in our reataurant, we have 17 chefs, 50 waiter/waitresses to serve our customers. With the current strength, you will be sure that the time for waiting and preparing the fresh seafood dishes will be fast.
