It seems Japanese-Italian places are popping up like mushrooms nowadays. Not this one. They’ve simply moved spaces, changed their name, and, accordingly, upgraded their menu: Kilo is the brainchild of the owners of the former Raw Kitchen Bar. This latest addition to the Kallang River stretch still serves up their brand of East-meets-West comfort food, so expect dishes like braised duck leg with sweet caramelised coffee sauce, ebi capellini and stuffed mushrooms with a twist.
