Originating from Sapporo, Hokkaido, Kura Ramen is a relatively new-comer in the Japanese ramen scene. Even though it has a fairly short operating history of 5 years, Kura has gained a wide following among ramen lovers in Japan.
Kura Ramen offers miso soup-based ramen, with a choice of red miso, white miso or spicy miso. The soup base of the white miso ramen is lighter in colour and has a mild taste, while red miso ramen has a richer flavour and darker soup base. The noodles served at Kura are imported directly from Hokkaido, thus ensuring consistency and excellent quality.
