The second Min Jiang restaurant opened by Goodwood Park Hotel, this famed restaurant at One North lies at the edge of the new bungalow-dining territory in Rochester Park.
The shady lanes wind you into the heart of a colonial, old world charm – a pleasantly contrasting backdrop for a refined Chinese dining experience. Use the valet parking service or park at the multi-storey car park nearby. An after-meal walk can be a pleasant experience.
The new Min Jiang, decked out in clean black, bronze and white themes, serves the cuisine and dim sum specialties (including lunch and high-tea on weekends and public holidays). But its house specialty is its authentic Beijing Duck ($80 for a whole duck), prepared by chefs from Beijing, according to an ancient Chinese recipe.
