For a taste of nostalgia, visit Mouth Restaurant, one of the Best and Oldest Teahouses in Singapore. With its flagship outlet in Chinatown Point, the quaint design which is reminiscent of the yesteryear's Chinese teahouses will bring back fond memories of the past.
Voted by the "Great Table" Magazine in year 2004 and 2005 as one of the great tables in Singapore, Mouth Restaurant was selected because of its fine selections of freshly handmade Hong Kong dim sum and authentic Cantonese cuisines for the past 19 years in the heart of Chinatown. It was also recently featured in episode 15 of Makansutra Raw for its Peking dumplings, Satay Crab and Marmite Pork Ribs.
Mouth Restaurant has been serving classic favourites like Banana Prawn Fritters, Xiao Long Pau, Double Boiled Herbal Soup, Scallion Chicken, Marmite Pork Ribs, Cod Fish with Thousand Island Sauce and Durian Glutinious Balls. It is also famous for its wide variety of piping hot claypot dishes, prepared by a team of Hong Kong chefs with no less than 20 years of culinary experience.
