Serving mainly traditional Northern Chinese cuisine with a hint of My Mum's Cuisine creations, all dishes are prepared in-house by our renowned chefs from Northern China. All our chefs are selectively chosen from a slew of stringent tests. Try the ever-popular Shandong Guo Tie (Pan Fried Pork Dumpling), Pan Fried Onion Pan Cake, Three Cup Chicken, Old Beancurd, La Mien with Minced Pork and Chinese Mushroom, and La Mien with Abalone.
