Tung Lok Signatures at The Central, Clarke Quay opened on 6 June 2007 following the successful launch of its first outlet at VivoCity last November. The 200-seater restaurant with 3 private rooms and a separate semi-private section that can seat about 32 persons will feature "the-best-under-one-roof" - a unique combination of signature dishes from the various Tung Lok restaurants as well as newly created dishes available only at this outlet.
