The name itself speaks of fun. And indeed, much of the joy in teppanyaki lies in watching the chef’s performance. Diners can enjoy watching the chefs tossing and slicing with skillful maneuvers as their food is prepared before their eyes. The Teppanyaki here takes on an Osaka-kobe style. Instead of the standard ceramic dish, the dish, the food is served on bread for some items. Okonomuyaki, an Osaka specialty, is also available on the menu.
